eSession (electronic session of the working bodies)

eSession (Electronic meetings of working bodies) is the design solution that allows the preparation of an electronic meeting, a complete material preparation for the session, it allows the scheduling of meetings, sends emails to all participants of the meeting (whether regular or subsequently recalled), in addition to that all required documentation is distributed electronically. It also schedules some rooms for holding meetings, as well as all the necessary resources (overhead projector, car,...). After that, also it would be able to keep record about the course of the session as well as the making records and other documentation relating to the session.

Design solutions also enable the creation and monitoring of tasks that can be assigned to some users after the session or in connection with certain conclusions from the session.
