MCSA

MCSA

Through this program (MCSA academy) students are going, in a relatively short period of time, through a series of meaningfully related seminars in the Microsoft Official Course (MOC) range in order to acquire a large amount of specialized knowledge and skills and prepare for exams required for achieving the MCSA certification. Upon completion of the program participants are fully prepared to work independently in a real environment, the program is in large part based on learning from experience. The approach “learning from the experiences” is organized and prepared with the intent to provide students with the expertise of experience of certain situations. This way is the best way for natural flow of learning because the student understands the issues through their own experience, a way to think about the problem, evaluate its own experiences as well as determining what they have learned from this.

To create a situation similar to the actual environment in which students identify problems adopting new experiences, analyze them and learn from them, the program is based on a combination of didactic - the traditional way of learning in which the coach provides information or knowledge, and the student is passive, he listens, reads, looks at pictures, remembers, and on the other hand simulation workshops that create a sense of reality, where students become active and are placed in situations that require their response. Active learning allows better memory, connectivity, and skills in problem solving.

The specificity of the program (the Academy MCSA) is its adaptability to all levels of IT knowledge of candidates. The program is designed for students without advanced IT knowledge, as well as those who have it.
